Cancellation Policy

Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the storage period.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time are non-refundable.

Bookings made less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. This also applies if a cancellation is requested immediately or shortly after the booking has been completed.

The start time stated in the booking confirmation is used to determine the 24-hour cancellation period.

Any mandatory statutory rights of the customer remain unaffected.
